Habasit America’s Customer Care Department recently got a facelift, new cubicles that open up the area and lead to better communication and an improved Customer Experience. Customer Care has been segmented into three regions, North, Southeast, and West, which represents our field sales regions. Each region has a single supervisor, multiply CCRs and a technical representative. All CCRs within a region work together to focus on the Customer and deliver the best possible Customer Experience for everyone they interact with.
Supervisors for each region are: North – Joe Sopke, Southeast – Rick Stone, West – Billy Rostad.
